How we move forward with a custom order project
Step 001#
Confirm the products you are interested in.
A. Share a sample photo or design art-work with us about the product for check.
Example: Sample photo could be like JPG, PNG formart, Design art-work should be like AI & PDF formart both for sampling and production process.
Step 002#
Cofirm the following details of the product:
A. Product material.
Example: Acrylic, cotton, nylon, polyester, mohair, spandex, lamb wool, merino wool, cashmere wool, angra, fleece, and all kinds of mixed materials is available.
B. Product size info.
Example: ONE Size fits all, Adult size, Large and Extra large size, Youth / Children size.
C. Product color & quantity you would like to order.
Example: there is about 100 ~ 1000 different colors of different materials for your choice.
Confirm the how many different colors and quantity of each color that you would like to order.
How we confirm the color,
01. we will send you the material sample color book for check.
02. share the Pantone Number with us, we will do the color match according to the pantone No.
D. Product logo & Accessories
Example: Logo as jacquard knit, printing, embroidery, woven label, leather tag, mental logo and all different kinds of patch.
Accessories as: hang tags, hangtag strings, sticker, custom poly bag and others.
E. Product unit & bulk productions package
Example: regular package is 1 piece product pack into a blank poly bag, 50~100pcs pack in big export carton box.
